We’re so excited to launch our FIT4MOM Walk Club — a FREE monthly walk for mamas in our community 💛

Starting May 29th, join us on the last Friday of every month at 9:30 AM for a relaxed, welcoming walk along the beautiful Twin Falls Canyon.

📍 Meet-up Location: Redhawk Restaurant parking lot

⏰ Time: 9:30 AM

This is your time to:

✨ Get outside and move your body

✨ Meet and connect with other local mamas

✨ Enjoy meaningful conversation (with or without kiddos!)

Bring your littles along!

👶 Strollers + babywearing are encouraged for safety and ease
